I recently stumbled on this crazy creation from Lego. It Measures over 20" (51cm) wide and over 16" (41cm) tall and retails at $299.99 USD, which is a bit more than the roughly $20 USD admission to see the real thing.
I remember visiting the Taj Mahal as a kid and the story about the architect being buried in the wall so that he couldn't create anything like this again. I hope the Lego people payed attention to this detail. There should be a little Mogul architect Lego man in the walls.
We wonder if Shah Jahan would have filed a lawsuit against the drunken Danes that want you to put the 5,900 pieces together.
Pass me another Carlsburg...happy building.

Want!
Is that a true story? About the architect being buried in the wall? Is Jet Blue doing that to its architects?
I don't think that we will ever know if the architect was burried in the walls of the Taj Mahal? It could be an urban legend that makes the tour more exciting. The JetBlue Terminal's walls are too thin for anyone to fit in them.
